Most of our sun frames can be glazed with prescription lenses with NO EXTRA CHARGE. - (single vision lenses only)
Lenses:
White single vision lenses with anti- scratch coating are free with every frame purchased in Rathmines Eye Centre. However, we often recommend our costumers additional features with their lenses, depending on their personal requirements.
- Tints.
- Anti-reflective (anti- glare) coating- recommended for computer use and night time driving.
- Transition- get dark when exposed to the sun.
- High index- some prescriptions require very thick lenses; Using high index lens we can reduce the thickness and weight of the lenses not altering the vision.
- Polarised sun lenses.
- Polycarbonate- very strong lens, made from extra tough type of plastic; recommended for rimless frames or safety glasses.
- Bifocals.
